How do I cancel my pre-order?

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, first select Your Account, then open 'Your orders'.
Your purchases will then appear and you can select the option to "Manage" an order including the option to cancel a pre-order.
If you checked out as a Guest or cannot locate your order, you will need to contact store customer support for further assistance.
