How do I modify my shipping/billing address?
To change the shipping or billing address registered on your account, please log into your account, select the tab 'Addresses' and click on the EDIT button below the address you want to change.
Please note that changes to the shipping address will not affect existing pre-orders or orders that you have already placed. To request a change for an existing order, please contact Customer Support.
Please use the topics "Modify an existing order" or "Update Address" when contacting the Customer Support team and please remember to include your order number to speed up the process.
If your order has already been shipped, we also recommend that you contact the courier company directly to request an address change or request them to drop your package off at your local post office or pick up point for collection instead.
