I have redeemed my pre-order bonus code but I have not received my items.

Please check whether you have the correct entitlements on the Mog Station by following these steps:
- Log in on https://secure.square-enix.com/
- Click on “Mog Station”
- Check the table detailing the versions of the game that are registered on your account
- Please check the “Endwalker Early Access” line is marked with a ◯ symbol for your platform
If the ◯ symbol does not appear, then you do not have the entitlements. If you do have the correct entitlements, you should receive the items within the next 48 hours.
