I have been charged but did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

First, please be sure to check all of the folders in your inbox, including your Spam / Junk folder, and If you are using Gmail, please also check your Promotions inbox.

If you cannot find your confirmation email in any of your folders 30 minutes after placing your order, please check the "Your Orders" section of the store account you used to place the order.

If you placed the order as a guest or still need help, please contact our store customer support.

Please make sure to provide the email address used for the order should it differ from the email address used for contacting the store customer support
