What happens if I can’t be home at the time of delivery?

If you are not able to be present at the time of delivery and you have chosen tracked shipment, please contact the delivery company to make arrangements.

You will have received a notification via email with the relevant shipment tracking (please also check your spam/promotions folder for this).

If you chose untracked shipment you will have to wait for a delivery attempt of the delivery company and then contact them by calling the number on the notification card they should leave for you when the delivery had been attempted.
