What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order you place prior to the official release of a product, to ensure that you will receive the product upon its release. You place a pre-order by entering all of your details, similar to a normal order, but you will not be charged immediately. Your account will be debited 1-4 weeks prior to shipping or digital delivery. You will receive a reminder email before your account is charged (please also check your spam/promotions folder for this) and if you place the order within your user account, you may modify your payment information prior to the payment being taken.

We generally also suggest to contact your bank before the payment is taken to make sure the payment attempt is not declined from their side.
