Error message "Wrong region"
If you are trying to register your activation key and receive the error message "Wrong region" this means that you have purchased the product in the wrong store, e.g. you purchased the product in the EU store while your account is registered to NA servers and vice versa. In this case you will not be able to use this activation key and the Online Store Customer Care unfortunately cannot exchange keys, however, please submit a request to cancel and refund your order while stating the error message and we will happily do this for you so you can then purchase a new key in the correct store.
