I’ve opened a chargeback/dispute and still haven’t received my money.

When you open a dispute with either the card issuer or PayPal, all funds related to that order are temporarily placed on hold while the order in question is being reviewed between the merchant and card issuer.


Please be aware that we do not have access to nor can we release funds to customers during the chargeback/dispute period. Once PayPal/the card issuer has reached a decision regarding the dispute, an email will be sent out notifying all the parties involved. Please ensure that you check your account/email to keep up to date on the status of the dispute.
