My orders keep getting refused.
There are many reasons why orders can be refused. Some of which may include international restrictions on certain credit cards by financial institutions. Others may include:
- Card/account has been reported as stolen or compromised
- Low funds
- Incorrect card information at checkout
- The billing address for the card does not match the one on the customer’s account.
