My card/PayPal has been charged but I have not received any order confirmation?
If you have placed an order and believe your card has been charged and yet you still have not received a confirmation of your order, please ensure that you add our email address email@example.com to your ‘address book’ to ensure all of our emails are sent to the correct inbox.
If, after checking the spam folder, you’re still not able to see the order confirmation email, we recommend that you log into your Square Enix Store account to check the status of the order.
Sometimes, orders are reviewed by our team members. If that is the case, the order status will show as ‘Verification in progress’. Once we have reviewed your order and validated it, the system will automatically send you a confirmation email with all relevant information regarding your order.
