How long will my refund take to process after cancellation?

Once an order has been validated and later cancelled, our system automatically generates a refund for that order. Once issued, refunds generally take 1-7 business days before they appear in your account.

In the event that the refunds are not in your account after 8 business days, please contact customer support by clicking the submit a request button below. Please keep in mind that refunds can be delayed for a variety of reasons, such as expired payment methods, pending disputes/ chargebacks, or system errors.
