After my purchase, I was notified my purchase requires additional verification. What does this mean?

Orders may be subject to additional verification procedures for security purposes. In order to verify your order, you will need to follow a simple process via phone or provide further personal information such as a proof of ID or other documentation via email.

Please note, if you cannot find the verification email in your inbox, be sure to sure to check the Spam / Junk folder, and if you are using Gmail, please also check your Promotions inbox.

If after completing the verifcation process, you still cannot find your order confirmation email after 30 minutes, check the "Your Orders" section in the store account that the order was placed under.

If all of the previous steps fail, please contact our customer support team. Please make sure to provide the email address used for the order, should it differ from the email address used for contacting the customer support team.
