An error occurred during my payment, what should I do?

If an error has occurred during your payment, please be sure to check all of the folders in your inbox, including your Spam / Junk folder, and if you are using Gmail, please also check your Promotions inbox for a Confirmation email. If your payment went through successfully, you will have received said confirmation email and the order will also appear under the "Your Orders" section of your account.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after 30 minutes after placing the order, and it doesn't appear in the "Your Orders" section of your account, please try placing the order again.
