How can I reset my password?

If you can still remember your current password, please log into your SQUARE ENIX Membership Account here.

Click on My Profile > Settings > Change Password

Please bear in mind that this will change both your Store account sign in details along with your SQUARE ENIX membership details.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Can't access your account?" below the login credentials to recover your account
