How can I change my payment method?

To change your payment method in your account, please first log into your Store Account:

https://store.eu.square-enix.com/eu/login

Click on your username in the top right corner of the page and then select ‘Your Orders’.

You will see a list of your orders. Click the ‘Manage’ button for the order, which you would like to modify.

Next, click on ‘Change Payment Method’.

Then select the new payment method, update the details and submit.

If you have any trouble updating your payment details or if there are no payment method registered to choose from yet, please contact the Square Enix Support Centre:
http://support.eu.square-enix.com

Note: Payment methods can only be updated in the account by yourself, the Square Enix store customer service will not be able to change payment methods on your behalf, neither in your account nor for an order placed as a guest.
