Return Procedure for Physical Products

I want to cancel an order that I have been charged for, but it hasn't been shipped yet.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order even though it hasn’t been shipped yet, unless it’s a pre-order that hasn’t been paid for yet. Please contact customer support via the ‘Submit a Request’ button below, who will be happy to assist you.

My order has been shipped but I want to cancel it before it arrives.

If your order has already been shipped and you have received the tracking number, please refuse the package upon delivery. It will automatically return to our warehouse and we will issue a refund as soon as it arrives back there.
If you decide to refuse the package, please contact customer support via the ‘Submit a Request’ button below, so we are aware of the return.

My order has arrived and I would like to return it.

We will only accept returns on sealed packages that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact customer support via the ‘Submit a Request’ button below, who will provide you with further instructions.
Please be aware, we may request photos of the product to assess its condition.
Replacements and refunds will be issued as soon as the product has arrived back with us and has been processed by our warehouse team.
