Return / Cancellation Procedure for Physical Products
I want to cancel an order that I have been charged for, but it hasn't been shipped yet.
Depending on the order status you will be able to cancel such an order. Please note that once the order is in shipment preparation, you will not be able to cancel it anymore. If you placed your order with your account, you can check your order status by logging into your account and selecting ‘Your Orders’ from the user menu, accessed by clicking on your username in the top right corner of the page.
If you placed your order with guest check-out, please contact customer support via the ‘Submit a Request’ button below to find out if your order can still be cancelled.
If your order is in shipment preparation, we suggest to follow our advice in the below section "My order has been shipped but I want to cancel it before it arrives"

If your order has already been shipped, please refuse the package upon delivery. It will automatically return to our warehouse and we will issue a refund as soon as it arrives back there.
If you decide to refuse the package, please contact customer support via the ‘Submit a Request’ button below once you refused the delivery, so we are aware of the return.
My order has arrived and I would like to return it.
We will only accept returns on sealed packages that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact customer support via the ‘Submit a Request’ button below, who will provide you with further instructions. Please make sure to include the order ID and pictures of all items received as customer support will have to assess the items condition.

If one or more items of your order arrived damaged, please contact customer support via the ‘Submit a Request’ button below, who will provide you with further instructions. Please make sure to include the order ID, pictures of the damage and also if you'd like to receive a refund or a replacement for it.
